Nothing gets my taste buds excited than sampling different cuisines. I am quite a fan of British cinema,
that's why it's no surprise that I have this urge to try out British cuisine as well. I've been scouring the
Metro for authentic British cuisine to no avail. And then MetroDeal came along. I saw this sumptuous
offer on their site: Experience Divine British Cuisine with P400 Worth of Food, Cakes, and Pastries at
The Royal Piccadilly for P200.
Located in Quezon City, The Royal Piccadilly has a wonderful array of British yummies. They have
amazing appetizers, magnificent main dishes, and delicious desserts. I started off with the resto's oh-so-
yummy Onion Rings. And then I also had some of their famed Fish 'n Chips. For the “main event” I
had their Salisbury Steak. To punctuate this beguiling British gastronomical affair, I had a cupcake,
which is Php75 a piece.
Their interior is reminiscent of those homey English restaurants. I absolutely felt as if I am in rainy
London, traversing the busy streets while speaking with a British accent. My Metrodeal complaint? I can't get rid
of my British accent, even my dreams have British accent in it. That is how authentic the British
Cuisine is at The Royal Piccadilly.
